Bay Traffic School
Bay County Driving School

If you're a resident of Callaway, Mexico Beach, Panama City, or Panama City Beach, have a Florida Driver's license, or you received a traffic ticket in Florida, then traffic school may be for you! By electing traffic school you may be able to avoid points on your driver's license, and maintain your clean driving record.

If you are interested in electing traffic school, within 30 days of receiving your citation, you must pay the fine, and fill out this Affidavit For Traffic School Form, and file it with the Clerk's Office. You will be granted an extra fifty (50) days from the date you signed the affidavit to sign up, complete and provide proof of completion to the Clerk's Office.

Failure to provide proof of completion of the driving school will result in the suspension of your driver's license. You will then be required to pay additional fines and fees and points will be assessed against your license. Even though you did not provide proof of completion of the class. Your election will count as one of your 5 allowable elections in a lifetime.

There are many Driver School Course Providers in Florida. You can find a traffic school online, or you can enroll in a Florida DHSMV and Court approved online traffic school course with The Emilio School, Inc.
