Okaloosa Traffic School
Okaloosa County Driving School

If you're a resident of Destin, Fort Waltson or Beach, have a Florida Driver's license, or you received a traffic ticket in Florida, then traffic school may be for you! By electing traffic school you may be able to avoid points on your driver's license, and maintain your clean driving record.

Within 30 days of the issuance of this ticket, if you wish to choose to elect driving school you need to fill out this Driver School Election Affidavit, have your signature notorized, and mail it to the Clerk of Court. Allow sufficient mail time to ensure your affidavit is received in the Clerk's Office within the thirty (30) calendar days required.

After you have completed and mailed your affidavit to the Clerk, contact an approved school to arrange a schedule for the course. You must enroll, attend and complete the defensive driving course within ninety (90) calendar days from the date you elected to attend.

There are many Driver School Course Providers in Florida. You can find a traffic school online, or you can enroll in a Florida DHSMV and Court approved online traffic school course with The Emilio School, Inc.
